I wanted to thank Shawnta from the bottom of my heart for helping me close on our home in San Antonio. We love our home and could not be more happy with our new residences. We moved halfway across the country to get here and she perfected the art of communication...she always responded, and gave me succinct information to all of my inquiries. She helped guide us with all the steps a first time home buyer should go through. We were able to collectively look at all angles and she had suggestions/advice for any and all scenarios that we thought could happen. She worked as a project manager and kept me and my family on task while we had to prepare our move and work full time. I don't believe the purchase would have gone through without her commitment.
